In a broken world, you must jump on the platforms to reach the portal. Use the Arrow Keys or WASD to move and jump.

Notice the white particles on the invisible platforms. When you jump on a solid platform that has white lights on the sides of them, the invisible platform will appear! However, when you jump off the solid platform, it will disappear beneath you. Platforms that have a glowing sword on it will never disappear.

You may need to collect a teal flame to unlock the portal. Once you collect this flame, the portal will open and you can jump to it!
